Multiculturalism and Healthcare in Israel


All participants will tour the country and explore the Israeli healthcare system from the ground up in order to understand how it serves the diverse ethnic and cultural groups that make up the population. In addition, participants will gain insight through visits to medical technology innovation centers as well as emergency and disaster centers that provide cross-border humanitarian aid in the region.

Student requirements:

  • All the students in the Tecnológico de Monterrey School of Medicine and Health Sciences currently enrolled in any of our 3 regions (except 6th year clinical students).
  • Proof of overall academic average 85 and above.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) provide proof of TOEFL 550 score or similar.
  • Proof of an international valid medical insurance (one will also be provided by the university/program).

Requirement documentation:

  • Application form.
  • Reference letter from professor signed by your Academic Society leader with the endorsement from your regional leader.
  • Statement of Purpose.
  • Personal curriculum.
  • Policies of participation of International Programs of Tecnológico de Monterrey for professional and graduate students.
  • Limited financial aid available, Application form Fundación TecSalud.
  • Proof of overall current average.
  • Valid Visa and passport.
  • 2 Passport-sized photos.
